its very simple all you have to do is visit these sites each day and click on each causes button. You'll finds the different charities lined up in tabs along the top of the site. Basically these sites get paid to display advertsing, by clicking the buttons you generate views and thus money to help these charities. It only takes 5 mins max each day, to do a lot of good.
